Creatr Pro

Terms of Use

Effective 12 September 2026. John Seo, Brandon DeLuna, and Hudson Barnes, d/b/a Creatr Pro. Utah, United States. support@creatr.pro.

Privacy Policy

Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and the operators of Creatr Pro — John Seo, Brandon DeLuna, and Hudson Barnes, doing business as Creatr Pro (“we,” “us”) — for the website, campus, community, Desk, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a waitlist, or paying, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Material changes will be posted here.

Who we are

Creatr Pro is an online membership that teaches short-form content, views, and monetization. It is not an accredited school, not a university, and not investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. Certificates are completion records, not degrees or licenses. We operate from Utah, United States. Contact: support@creatr.pro.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. One person, one account. You are responsible for your login. Tell us if you think it was stolen. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these Terms, including sharing logins or reselling access.

Plans and billing

Campus is $149 per month or $1,490 per year (list $1,788). Operator is $497 per month or $4,970 per year (list $5,964). Both are subscriptions. Monthly is month-to-month. Annual is prepaid for twelve months. Cancel in Account; access continues through the paid period. We do not auto-upgrade you from Campus to Operator. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Chargebacks filed without first emailing support@creatr.pro may result in a closed account.

Extra edit credits (your monthly tab)

Campus does not include edits. Operator includes two short-form credits per billing month. Anyone on Campus or Operator may buy extra credits: $99 for one, $349 for four. Credits live on your Account tab and are spent when you submit a Desk job. Purchased credits do not expire at month-end; they stay until used, or until 24 months after purchase, whichever comes first. Operator’s two included credits reset each billing period and do not stack unused. Unused purchased credits are not cash refunds except where the law requires. Credits are not transferable and have no value outside Desk.

What an edit is

A credit is one short-form cut: 9:16, ninety seconds or less, one revision. You must send a detailed brief, raw files, and inspiration links. Vague briefs are returned uncut and still spend the credit if we spent editor time; if we bounce it unopened we will restore the credit. Turnaround is typically about five business days, not a guarantee. We may subcontract editors. You keep ownership of your raw footage. We get a limited license to cut it and, unless you opt out in writing, to show the finished piece as a student example without selling it. No illegal content, pornography, hate, or claims we would not be allowed to make in an ad (including undisclosed health or income claims). You are responsible for music licenses and FTC disclosures in the finished post.

1-1 calls

Operator includes one 20-minute call per billing month. Unused calls do not roll. Field Workshop 1-1s are only for seats on a paid workshop invoice.

Refunds

Post Week 0 (a public URL) within 7 days of joining. If you did that and still want out, email support@creatr.pro within 14 days of join for a full refund of the first month (or a pro-rata slice of annual equal to one month). Sitting in the catalog and watching does not count. After that window, fees are earned. Extra edit credits already used on a delivered cut are not refunded. Annual is not refundable after the 14-day window except as required by law.

PR box

A physical kit ships to annual Campus and to Operator after we have a shippable U.S. address on file. International shipping may be delayed or substituted. The kit is a gift with purchase, not sold separately, and is not grounds for a chargeback if delayed.

Curriculum and results

Lessons, sources, and studios may change. Drip access (including the Week 0 public-URL lock) is part of the product. We do not guarantee views, followers, brand deals, or income. Beta figures (including average time to a brand deal) are historical, not a promise to you. You are responsible for following platform rules and FTC endorsement rules on your own posts.

Your content and license

You keep what you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host studio proofs, community posts, and Desk files as needed to run the Service, and to use first-name + work examples in campus marketing unless you email us to opt out. Do not upload footage you do not have rights to. Do not steal other students’ work.

Community

Inbox is moderated. No porn, hate, harassment, spam, or pitching other students a funnel. We may hide or delete posts and ban repeat offenders. Reports go to support@creatr.pro.

Field Workshop (companies)

The 30-day workshop is a separate one-time invoice per seat (volume pricing in the catalog), not a consumer subscription. It is sold by request, not on the public homepage. Company is responsible for its employees’ posts and disclosures.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no resale of lessons, no reverse engineering, no uploading malware, no impersonation. We may throttle or close accounts that abuse Desk or the community.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not liable for platform bans, algorithm changes, or lost profits.

Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims that arise from your content, your posts, your Desk briefs, or your breach of these Terms (including FTC and copyright claims).

Governing law

Utah law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Utah County or Salt Lake County, Utah. If a piece of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms are the whole agreement for the Service.

Privacy Policy

Effective 12 September 2026. Same operators as above.

What we collect

Account email and password (or OAuth), display name, plan, billing period, kit address, studio proofs, community posts, Desk briefs and file links, Lab answers, call requests, waitlist email, and device/log data needed to run the app. Payments go through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run campus, grade studios, deliver edits, ship kits, email you about your account, moderate the community, and improve the product. We do not sell your email list. We may email product updates; you can unsubscribe from marketing. Transactional mail (receipts, Desk returns) still sends.

Who sees it

The three operators and subcontracted editors (Desk jobs only). Hosts: our database (Supabase) and Stripe. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in U.S. state privacy laws. California residents can email support@creatr.pro to request access or deletion.

Retention

We keep account and studio records while your membership is open and for a reasonable period after (tax, disputes, certificates). You can request deletion at support@creatr.pro; some records we must keep.
